General Policy
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it according to the following guidelines.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order items. Sale items marked as non-returnable. Items with damage or wear due to use.
Return Process
Contact Us: Email our customer service or to initiate a return. Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our team. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item, including all original packaging and accessories. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
